We are happy to travel to your location! Please be aware that travel fees may apply based on your distance from Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia.
For locations beyond a 20km radius of Frankston City, a travel fee applies. This fee will be provided when you schedule your appointment with us!
Payments: At Alleviate, we gladly accept both cash and card payments. Please note that card transactions are processed through our invoicing system. If you choose to pay by card, invoices will be sent on the same day as your appointment and are due within the next 7 days.
Our commitment to transparency ensures that you are always informed. Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
